Marketing Officer

    The Opportunity

    As a Marketer, your focus will be directly aligned to the Nutraceutical Sales unit of the company.

    This is an integral role to one of the core business units of the company. You will be working alongside some of the industry’s best known leaders.

    You will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

    Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Ongoing maintenance/management of digital media assets
  • Coordination of ongoing marketing materials for the sales team, clients and distributors
  • Identify, propose, attend industry conferences and events
  • Design and deliver creative tasks to facilitate seamless and targeted go to market product launches
  • Produce and analyse reports across marketing campaigns, product launches and online users
  • Competitor analysis
  • Establish networks and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • General administrative tasks and assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager as required

    Client Relationship Consultant

    The Opportunity

    As a passionate Client Relationship Consultant, you will act as the interface between our company and healthcare practitioners, consultatively working to increase the visibility and awareness of Medlab's practitioner-only nutraceutical range within your territory whilst meeting and exceeding sales targets.

    The role will be a combination of business development over the phone, face to face appointments and product training to practitioners, therefore you must possess strong communication and relationship building skills, whilst not being afraid of a challenge.

    Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Continually identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Increase product sales in existing and new clients through building strong relationships and the ongoing education and training of healthcare practitioners, either over the phone or face to face.
  • Execute a business plan for your territory in line with meeting and exceeding key performance indicators and territory targets.
  • Create and implement client incentive and retention strategies.
  • Create and maintain call/territory plans
  • Ensure the highest level of product and technical knowledge is attained and maintained.
  • Plan and deliver product training to a range of healthcare modalities.
  • Attend industry and association conferences and trade shows when required.
  • About You

    To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • You will ideally hold a naturopathic or similar complementary medicine qualification or have a pharmacy, nursing or science related qualification.
  • Possess high level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence, creating strong relationships within the practitioner field.
  • Proven track record in a sales environment along with commercial acumen.
  • Self-motivated and have a solution based approach to tasks.
  • Excellent understanding of the sales process and use of CRM systems.
  • Have a genuine passion for health and wellness with desire to succeed.

  • Note: This position would also suit a candidate who is from a healthcare practitioner background looking for a change in career direction.
