Payment of all invoices and accounts can be made by any of the following methods:
a) Credit card by phone: 1300 369 570. Our support staff will process the payment and issue a receipt.
b) By Cheque payment to Medlab Clinical PTY LTD

Is purchasing on the Medlab website safe?
All information gathered (name, addresses, payment details, etc) are stored in one way password encrypted database. This database has limited restricted access, and cannot be accessed externally.
We do NOT send credit card information and/or personal information via unsecure email messages.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Purchasing with a credit card on the Medlab Website is safe. Our site uses the latest SSL Certificated provided by GeoTrust. It provides data encryption, server authentication and message integrity.
I have an account with Medlab, when are my invoices due?
If you have a Medlab account, payment of invoices is due on the final business day of the following calendar month from the date of the invoice. Interest at the rate of 2%pcm will be payable to us on any amounts owed and not paid by the due date.

What are the delivery charges?
All orders under $165 (inc. GST) will incur a $11.00 charge for freight and handling.
All orders above $165 (inc. GST) will be shipped free of charge within Australia.
International Express Shipping is available in three sizes (1, 3 & 5kg). For all enquires regarding International Shipping please email email@example.com with the requested delivery address.
What shipping company do you use?
Medlab uses StarTrack for all product shipping (www.startrack.com.au). StarTrack offer basic Track and Trace information on the StarTrack home page. It can be access be anyone, via your reference number given by Medlab.

What if I need to return something?
Should our merchandise or service ever fail to meet your expectations, or if you change your mind, you can return it to us within 7 days of the date of purchase.
Items returned must be unopened, re-sealable merchandise that is in its original condition. This means you have not used or damaged
